Ordering Process

Once your order is placed, an email confirmation with a receipt will be sent. The tracking number for your package will be sent separately within 48 hours of confirmation of purchase. This includes order processing, credit approval, and address verification. Please take this into consideration while awaiting your package. Consttant hours of operation are from 9AM - 6PM (PST) Monday to Friday.


Payments can be made through Paypal or any major credit card company. Types of payment are also located at the bottom of each page of

Sales Tax

Orders shipped outside of CA are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped within California are subject to sales tax according to location.



Domestic Orders (USA): $7 USD flat-rate or $15 USD express-rate

  • All domestic orders go through USPS.

International Orders (outside of the USA): Please see the Shipping page for a full list of flat rate prices

  • For international orders there is the option of USPS or DHL.


After an order is placed, any modifications to the order can not be made. You can however cancel your order and proceed to place another for any changes you need to make.


Consttant can only cancel an order if it has NOT been shipped out already.

A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to your email once it has been processed with your full refund of original payment.

If the package has been sent already, you must follow the steps of a return. It is necessary to have received your Consttant pieces before filing for a return.

Returns + Exchanges

All Consttant pieces must be confirmed for a return/ exchange, before sending it back. If it does not follow our standard guidelines your return/ exchange can not be processed. You must file for a return/ exchange within 7 days of arrival date. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Options for a REFUND:

  • Store credit
  • Refund through original payment method

Options for an EXCHANGE:

  • for another size or color, in the same price point
  • for a different item, we will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item

Damaged Goods

If the product is damaged before a garment is worn, please email us a picture of it with your order number to We will send you a replacement of your item free of charge to the original address the order was placed in.
