Domestic Orders (USA): $7 USD flat-rate or $15 USD express-rate

International Orders (outside of the USA): $25 USD flat-rate
Consttant ships from San Francisco, CA and is committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday), pending credit verification, for orders to be shipped. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
International orders ship with tracking. The shipping price at checkout does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on orders to countries outside of the U.S. Any applicable taxes and duties are are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are applicable so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
Consttant is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will help contact the designated shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.
In-Store Pick Up:
Drop by the Consttant San Francisco studio and pick up your handpicked order. Once your order has been placed we will email you a link to schedule an appointment.
We take special pick up requests of outside of studio hours (Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm). Please let us know in your email.

Returns + Exchanges
Consttant gladly accepts unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery date with the exception of sale items which are final sale. For returns, Consttant will gladly issue a credit through original payment within 5-7 days of received return. We only allow for an item to be exchanged for a different size in the same item.
All original tags must be intact and returned with unwashed, unworn, and undamaged merchandise. Consttant will provide the return label for U. S. orders, however, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. For international returns or exchanges the customer must cover return shipping costs.
